Shannon's family has this gorgeous lake house


It's right on the water with lots of windows to see the lake


She invited Leah and I out for a girls weekend


Leah tolerated the life jacket so she could get on the boat


The rocking, noise, & breeze put her to sleep almost immediately

Eventually, she did wake up to watch everyone wakeboard

and try to figure out how to get out of the life jacket

Williamsburg Summary

We're back! The week went by way too quickly.

It was so fun to have my entire family together. It's been a very long time since we've had a family vacation with all my siblings. Leah added a new layer of fun. We played lots of games, laughed a lot, and endured the heat and humidity...it wasn't too terribly bad. The last day was by far the worst. It was about 98 degrees with 90% humidity!

We got the 7-day bounce pass tickets so we got to enjoy Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, and Water Country. It worked out great. We were able to go on all the rides at Busch Gardens multiple times and escape to the timeshare in the afternoon to avoid the heat.

Williamsburg

We leave tomorrow with my entire family for Williamsburg.

We can't wait.

Happy Anniversary

It's been a great three years.

Legg Mason Tennis Classic

David introduced me to Legg Mason while we were dating.

It's been an annual tradition for us since.


We saw David's favorite player, Lleyton Hewitt from Australia.


He shouted, "Come on!" several times before finally beating Donald Young.


We also saw Tsonga up close practicing on a side court.


It was a pretty awesome night.

Leah had a wonderful time with Grandma and Grandpa Stathis.

Clicky

Occasionally David gets to dress up as Clicky for special events.

Last year we went to a Mets game in New York, and this year we went to the Redskins training camp.
