Legg Mason Tennis Classic

David introduced me to Legg Mason while we were dating.

It's been an annual tradition for us since.

We saw David's favorite player, Lleyton Hewitt from Australia.

He shouted, "Come on!" several times before finally beating Donald Young.

We also saw Tsonga up close practicing on a side court.

It was a pretty awesome night.

Leah had a wonderful time with Grandma and Grandpa Stathis.

Clicky

Occasionally David gets to dress up as Clicky for special events.

Last year we went to a Mets game in New York, and this year we went to the Redskins training camp.

Here are some of the highlights.

Clicky watching the practice with some other Redskins fans.

Clicky caught and threw lots of footballs. People were pretty surprised Clicky could throw so far.

Clicky took lots of pictures with kids.

It was pretty hot and humid.

Carrots and Other Stuff

It's been almost two-weeks since we've been giving Leah vegetables to eat along with rice cereal.

First, she had string beans and liked them okay.

Carrots came second. Her reaction was classic.

On day two of the carrots, she liked them a lot and ate almost half of the container.

Peas came last. Her initial impression was worse than the carrots. She gaged. Day two of the peas wasn't much better.

Next up, sweet potatoes.

Oh yes, she also had a small piece of peach that was frozen in a mesh baby eater. She kept sucking it, making a strange face, trying it again, making a pucker face, until she finally threw it as far away from her as possible.

Jumperoo

We found this jumperoo on Craigslist for really cheap.

Lisa was so great to pick it up for us.

Leah loves it. She jumps occassionally, but mostly likes running and banging the toys.
