Warner Family Reunion

We arrived in Utah just in time for the Warner Family Reunion. 

My Mom's cousins and my Grandma's sisters and families get together every couple of years. We were excited it worked out for us to go this year and that it was in Farmington. 

It was fun. 

Utah Bound

We spent all of July on vacation with family. It was AWESOME! 

We spent the first part in Utah for my brother's wedding, and then we went to Arizona to be with David's family for a week-long reunion in a mansion. 

Utah summers are divine. They are warm and at the same time cool. For us, it was complete bliss.

The flight out was surprisingly easy. 

On the flight to Utah, when we took off Leah yelled excitedly as she looked out the window, "Mommy! Utah has a LOT of a trees." About three and a half hours into the flight she says, "Utah is really, REALLY far away!" She quickly learned that the long travel time is always worth it. We loved being with family and we had nonstop fun all month.

Water Fountain

We weren't expecting to see this water fountain.  

We weren't expecting that our kids would want to play in it. 

And, we weren't expecting that after taking off some of their clothes and leaving them in their underwear they wouldn't want to get in it afterall. 

Sleepover at Aunt Lisa's

Lisa offered to watch the girls one weekend, and boy did they have fun!

Chick-Fil-A: All the milkshake and soda and fries a girl could possibly want. Don't you love Sarah's mouth? It's huge!  She has the biggest smile ever. 

Precious. Sarah does this to her baby all the time. She  so delicately covers it with her bunny. She also screams in panic when she realizes her baby isn't with her and won't stop until its safely back in her possession.

You can never have too many polka dots.

Sarah didn't stay in the pool for very long. Leah, however, loves the water. 

I didn't get a picture of David and I enjoying our time away. We went out to eat, to a movie, and slept in the next morning until 8:30! I don't think I could sleep much past that anymore

Errands

Frying Pan Park

My cousin Nicole came to visit in June, and we headed to Frying Pan  Park. 

Leah and Sarah's friend Tyce joined us, and they had a great time. 

Leah and Tyce got a scare when they shook a peacock's cage and the peacock yelled back.
